Maintenance Man needed (ash grove)

We have rental property in Ash Grove and need a capable person that can fix leaks and do repairs and hvac knowledge helpful. Will be required to do work orders. The job requires you to be in homes of tenants so YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK. This will be done with assistance of local law enforcement. Hours are Monday through Friday full time hours and pay will be based on experience.
