Responsibilities
of the Customer Care Representative :
Invoice and verify accounts accurately and in a timely manner
Verify inbound receipts for accuracy
Develop and maintain customer relationships in a professional manner
Perform other duties as directed
Required Qualifications for the Customer Care Representative :
Excellent communication skills with the ability to read and speak English
Time management skills
Computer proficiency
Must be able and willing to complete a pre-employment basic math skills test
Must be able and willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications of the Customer Care Representative :
High School Diploma or GED
Customer service experience in warehousing and / or logistics
Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Inventory Control System Software
Work Environment
This is a cold storage environment
Temperature in warehouse ranges from -20 degrees up to 54 degrees
Mid top or high-top Steel toe or Composite toe boots are required
Must be capable of multi-tasking and communicating with a variety of people and personalities
Noise level in the warehouse varies and, at times, can be loud
