Multi-skilled Remodel Carpenter (Tulsa/BA)

We are hiring a second full time skilled position for a well-rounded residential carpenter with experience in trim and frame carpentry, specializing in home remodels. Successful candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate considerable renovation knowledge. Proficient skills in drywall, tile, roofing, and mechanical abilities are also highly desirable. Successful candidate should expect to work on all tasks required to take each property from demo day to open house as quickly as possible to maximize bonus potential.

Qualified Applicants Must Possess:

- Significant remodeling knowledge and experience (minimum of 2 years)

- A strong work ethic and a good attitude

- Interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with subcontractors

- A valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance

- A reliable vehicle (Truck preferred)

- Cell phone

- Own set of tools

Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
