General Helper, Painter, Cleaner, Assistant, Handy Person (Seymour)

I am hiring for two positions. I need a cleaner, helper, assistant with light painting and general assistant work. A Jill of All Trades, so to speak. You don't need much experience for this job, just a high attention to detail and the ability to take instruction. I have recently bought a cabin in GATLINBURG and need help fixing it up. You will be working with me to do things like cleaning, organizing, light painting, sweeping the inside and outside, and light outside work. This job would be about 10-20 hours a week. Good for a college student or transplant to GATLINBURG. This position pays $11/Hr cash. You would be wearing a mask for the entire time until we get to know each other well.

The second position I am hiring for is a general painter. I would prefer someone who has experience in professional painting, especially with a paint sprayer and proof of their work. I need someone who can paint interior and exterior with various paints on various surfaces and make it look good. High attention to detail is also needed. THIS POSITION IS MOSTLY LOCATED IN KNOXVILLE, UNLIKE THE POSITION ABOVE. The hours would vary depending on the job and this pays $13/Hr for someone experienced with painting. You would need to wear a mask when working with me. Mostly you would be working by yourself.
