Seasonal Full Time Customer Service Position at SkiEssentials.com (Stowe, VT)

SkiEssentials.com is a premier ecommerce website located in beautiful Stowe Vermont. SkiEssentials is an outdoor minded company that prides itself on employee well-being and gaining outdoor experience together. Our company is growing and there is room to grow within. Winter is our busiest season and the phones need to be answered! We are looking for the right person to join our customer service team, someone who enjoys the outdoors and can handle the fast-paced environment that is online sales. This is a unique opportunity to work full time in ski industry, in Stowe, with access to discounted gear and outdoor fun!

Responsibilities for position include:

- Answer customer phone calls

- Talk to customers about skis and help to make decisions

- Follow up calls to customers

- Respond to emails or live chat questions

- Process orders through POS system

- General organization and cleanup

- General warehouse needs

The right candidate has:

- Passion for the great outdoors!

Bonus if you know any of the following:

- Knowledgeable about ski products

- Experience with a POS system

- Experience using Magento

- Experience in the ski industry
