With our pay package you will have the ability to earn up to $72,000 + annually plus the ability to earn more. This is with weekly home time. As a driver you can count on being at home with your family for your 34 hour reset weekly.

Our area of travel are Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. We are hiring out of Pendleton and Hermiston areas. In Washington all of the Columbia Basin areas. In Idaho will are looking for drivers from Caldwell, Boise, Twin Falls, and American Falls and surrounding areas.

We have recently added to our area of travel runs going out to Grand Forks, ND and down to Denver Colorado. These longer runs enable a driver to obtain 3000 miles or more a week. To increase our drivers miles we have invested in more trailers for more drop and hooks opportunities for faster turn arounds.

Here at Tate's we put driver safety first. We are a trusted carrier and have pre pass privileges. Our dispatches are legal and held to the HOS regulations. Our equipment is well maintained. The trucks we run are late model Freightliners set up for heavy haul. Many of our trucks now have flat screen TV's refrigerator and microwaves, memory form mattresses.

Qualifications:

Two years over the road driving with winter mountain driving including chaining experience.

Qualified DOT physical

No more than 2 moving /safety violations in a 3 year period. No speed violation of 15 mph over in the past 3 years, improper lane change, or following too close.

No chargeable accidents within last 2 years.

No convictions or deferment charges for alcohol or drug within 5 years.
