We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.Our location in Alameda, CA currently has an opportunity for a Manager of Supply Chain IntegrationWHAT YOU’LL DOThe main goal of the Manager of Supply Chain Integration is to design and drive and end-to-end supply chain to a best- in-class operation, efficiently integrated with the rest of the organization. Focus of the role is on turning supply chain into a strategic advantage for ADC via business excellence and continuous improvement initiatives with the goal of maximizing business results. Concentrate on value-added long-term strategic initiatives and consider options to identify and eliminate non value-add activities.Main Responsibilities

Implement industry best practice, by the identification and implementation of new tools and technology, to support the supply chain functions.

Lead implementation programs, ensuring quality delivery and expected outcomes. This includes the gathering of business requirements, development of process flows, high level solution design, user acceptance testing, training and change management.

Define, implement and deploy Supply Chain solutions (process/business models, ERP/WMS/TMS/planning systems, database tools, management of change) across Supply Chain functions (Forecasting, Planning, Order Fulfillment, Procurement, Logistics, Master Data Management)

Identify and execute opportunities to streamline and standardize processes based on detailed understanding of ERP, planning, WMS, TMS systems.

Continually liaise with other business functions to create value and break barriers between supply chain, IT, commercial, finance, manufacturing and the rest of the organization

Support and interface with key supply chain processes, spanning across Order Management, Procurement, Outsourced Manufacturing and Supplier Collaboration

Engage with business stakeholders, by partnering with the operations leads and strategic Subject Matter Experts, to understand their strategic objectives, initiatives, pain points and needs for transforming their supply chain.

​EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRINGRequired

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Minimum 5 years of related work experience

Preferred

Masters degree

Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated by solid executive presence, the ability to operate in the details or at executive level, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

Proven ability to create solid project plans and to manage full lifecycle of project execution with rigor and disciple around deliverable creation and deliverable quality

Operate as a both strategic thinker and detail-oriented operational management

Functional or Technical knowledge of configuring ERP, production planning, integrated business planning, WMS, TMS modules

Knowledge of integration between different ERP modules, planning, WMS, TMS modules

Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision in a team environment and customer focus.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers

Proven track record of delivery and leading large-scale SAP or other ERP solutions across the Supply Chain domain.

Working knowledge of how manufacturing works, including TPMs

Proven experience in building business case and metrics for project, based on data analytics and fact-based rationale.
