You will manage cash applications, data entry, and full cycle A/P as the Bookkeeper. Furthermore, you will be responsible for month-end closing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation. This Bookkeeper role will be located in the Canoga Park, California area and will be a full-time position.Your responsibilities in this role
Well-versed in credit card management and reconciliation
Organize sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
Administrate Accounts Payable
Produce cash flow projections, as needed
Uphold a general ledger
Develop monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
Assemble subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Supplementary assignments when necessary
Oversee Accounts Receivable
Handle monthly accounting close
Uphold monthly accounting close
Requirements
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability in exemplary analytical, quantitative and social skills
Strong analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills
Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Strong Excel skills requried
Working at a dealership industry is highly preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Remarkable accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
5+ years of related experience- Journal entries experience
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
Foundational knowledge in account reconciliation
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
Deep understanding of Credit Card Reconciliation
