To meet the screen-out element, you should document experience or show the ability to do the following: Conduct inspections of electronic equipment; use test equipment to diagnose malfunctions; troubleshoot to determine cause of malfunction; and complete repairs of electronic equipment using hand and power tools. Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
