Do you like dogs better than people? Would you like to work for an award-winning company? The Canine Culture, voted Best of San Joaquin for boarding, training and grooming is looking for another dog-lover to join our team. We have been in business for 20 years providing excellent and loving care for dogs of all kinds. Our staff is pawsitively the best, the heart of our business and a large part of our success.

The ideal candidate:

will be over 18 years old,

be a high school graduate or equivalent,

be physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs.,

have a valid driver’s license, (any state),

and have their own reliable transportation.

Experience working with dogs is not required.

Some of the duties you will be asked to perform include:

keeping our kennels and other business-related areas clean and safe for animals as well as humans,

feed, exercise and play with dogs of all breeds and sizes,

wash dishes, bedding and towels.

Variable work hours between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., weekdays, weekends and all holidays.

Starting pay:

between $13.00 and $15.00/hour, based on prior work history and experiences.

after 90 days you will get a raise and benefits such as sick pay, discounted services for your own dogs and free obedience training classes for you and your dog.
