Major duties and responsibilities
The cooler quality assurance is responsible for reporting and documenting quality on Raw product. This position also requires atmosphere bins audits, final temperatures audits and special assessment as quality management require;
Shelf life testing, cooling mapping, etc. Responsible for report quality condition, alerts and heads to quality management and supervisory and timely manner.
This position is responsible for placed product on Hold as quality management direction is received.
The goal is team work with peers, shipping department, receiver clerks and cooler staff in general to give and timely manner any alert, advice or sharing information.
Follow management directions is another specific duty.
The applicant need to be available to lift 40 to 50 Pounds.
