Description
Responsible for providing knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverages to our guests. 1.
Have a full working knowledge of the menu, special, beverage and wine lists. 2.Follows the correct sequence of service at all times.
3.Clears, cleans, resets, and maintains station during shift. 4.Assists other servers in giving the best possible service 5.
Handles guests receipts according to internal casino policy. 6.Remains up-to-date on casino events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
7.May act as a Server Assistant at the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor or above. 8.May perform duties in all food and beverage areas at the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor or above.
GAMING EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED
Requirements
3 years minimum of related experience in full service fine dining. Previous food service experience to included fine dining, wine service, and table side service preferred.
Must be able to obtain and Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment. Good customer service skills;
ability to communicate effectively with others in English; understands and complies with all Casino and Departmental rules and regulations.
Additional Information
Salary : $13.00 Hourly
