Part Time Property Manager (CHERRY HILL)

Part Time Property Manager – Cherry Hill, NJ

- 20-25 hours per week/occasional evenings and weekends

- All aspects of apartment leasing

- Meet with perspective tenants

- Complete all paperwork pertaining to move ins/move outs

- Communicate with current tenants

- Assign work orders to maintenance staff and confirm completion

- Marketing of vacant apartments

Applicant must:

- Have good communications skills

- Have good organization skills

- Be a team player

- Have good computer skills

Property Management experience a plus.

Commission paid for all move-ins
