Applicants must have
-4 or more years of food service experience
-high school diploma/GED
-positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
Responsibility -
-Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other various food items.
-Assists in food preparation, assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
-Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
-Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products sold.
-Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
-Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
-Able to lift 60 lbs and can stand for 8-10 hours a day.
