Westmont Living's The Oaks at Nipomo is an Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community. If you have a passion for working with Seniors, we want to hear from you! This is a Sales Manager position.

Position Requirements :

Prior senior living sales experience

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Able to communicate written and orally in English.

Within 30 days of hire be certified in First Aid

Prefer college degree

Must be able to push / pull up to 40 lbs, lift up to 35 lbs.

Have at least two years previous experience in marketing with a proven effective sales and / or leasing history.

Have strong organizational skills as well as the ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; prioritize projects and objectives while meeting deadlines.

Have proficient computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe

Have strong customer service skills.

Have basic knowledge of budgets; creating, managing and compliance

Marketing

Develop and implement Quarterly Sales and Marketing Plan.

Conduct quarterly market analyses.

Develop and implement community events.

Prepares or directs preparation of public relations releases, special brochure and similar materials within oversight of the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Consistently identify, develop and maintain relationships with any and all potential referral sources and conduct on-going outreach visits as appropriate.

Establish and maintains a consistent Westmont image throughout the community, and with promotional materials and special events held or sponsored by Westmont.

Effectively educate the medical community regarding Westmont and the assisted living setting in order to gain appropriate resident referrals.

Monitors competitive services and marketing activities of other assisted living communities in the areas so as to assure Westmont remains competitive in the marketplace.
