Preferred Location - Norfolk, VA officeMust be within an hour commute of an Anthem officePreferred Hours - 8:30am-5:30pm Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Managing all the work that needs to get done for multiple implementations.

Determining high level Requirements, work to get rules grids and letters.

Coordinating with it and other departments for what is needed.

Escalate any risks or issues and work to mitigate them.

Make sure we are following the appropriate processes.

Develop any processes needed and tweak existing as needed.

Research Issues/defects. Communicate to upper management and other parties as needed.

Attend meetings to determine what is needed for projects and to provide updates.

Develop timelines for the releases.

Participate in training associates and performing demos.

Will also be helping out as needed with the other work that we have or high level projects.

Create requirements and data mapping document.

Configure and test letters.

Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.

Develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies.

Creates and publishes periodic reports, makes necessary recommendations, and develops ad hoc reports as needed.

May require taking business issue and devising best way to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.

Qualifications Requires a BS/BA degree in related field; 2-4 years related operational and/or data analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience with Macess, Facets, ACMP, xPression, Jira are a plus.
