ABOUT PERSONAL TRAINING DIRECTORS As a DIRECTOR, you will be marketing and selling our PT programs to the members within the club. You are tasked with scheduling and conducting one-hour fitness consultations with the members to demonstrate how proper exercise and diet under the guidance of our certified trainers will get them the healthy results they desire. All managers go through our corporate training workshop to learn how to be successful. You will learn all you need to know. Once a member becomes a client, the Director will place them with their permanent trainer.

Sales experience preferred but not required. No Sales Experience Needed If you have a tireless work ethic, a GREAT personality, and a passions for fitness. Make no mistake, you must be able and willing to sell a healthy lifestyle. That is 99% of this position's responsibility. We can always teach you to be a productive salesperson when you have the above qualities.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS We prefer that you already have acquired or be in the process of acquiring a personal training certification and/or fitness related college degree. If you don't currently have any of these, but you have a large amount of fitness and exercise knowledge, we will pay for your certification when hired.
