Per Diem Pharmacist

What You'll Be Doing :

Verifying prescriptions - majority (90%) are electronic

Monitor patient profile intake for completeness and safety

Checking every order for DUR or any clinical red flags

Confident in making decisions with patient safety first and foremost

Assisting patients with consultations

Ensuring pharmacy complies with CA pharmacy laws

Ability to look up laws for other 50 states

Assisting, working with and managing a large team including technicians, data entry, and warehouse personnel to get fulfill orders efficiently

Ensuring security of the facility

Promptly assisting patient’s phone calls

Tech savvy - we are a growing company and always introducing new technology

Assist in any duties necessary to ensure the functionality of the business

We're Looking For Someone With :

Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist

Minimum 2 years community / retail experience PREFERRED

Must be in good standing with Board of Pharmacy

Must be able to pass background check and drug screening

Proficient in all aspects of pharmacy law, policies, and procedures

Must be able to provide minimum 4 professional reference contacts (phone numbers and emails) if invited for onsite interview.
