Multiple shifts are available, with the following hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm OR 7:00am-7:00pm on a 3-2-2 schedule, with every other weekend being a 3-day weekend! Starting compensation is $12.50/hr, but after 90-120 days, employees will be evaluated for a full-time hire. A pay increase and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance is available upon hire! This is a thermoforming environment and can be quite warm.Responsibilities:

As product comes off the thermoforming line, employees are expected to count the specific number of parts and follow directions on how to stack them into boxes.

Employee must closely inspect products for imperfections while counting and stacking parts.

Once boxes are complete, employee will stack boxes to get them staged for shipping in a specified manner.

Machines have various speeds, so employees must be able to adjust their speeds to match what is required of them.

Skills:

Must be able to count quickly and accurately

Must be able to remain on feet for 12-hour shifts with regular standing, stooping, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40Lbs.

Qualifications:

Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and work well with a team when needed.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
