We are looking for:

We are currently hiring an Assistant Property Manager for our 124 unit apartment community in Rocklin, Ca. Schedule: Friday-Tuesday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

An ideal candidate will be a confident leader who is committed to assisting in managing daily operations for the property, especially during the Manager’s absence. This individual is an effective communicator and will maintain a healthy work environment by focusing on empowering the rest of their team.

What we’re looking for:

Prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager

Proficiency in working with computers, calendar management, software/database and social media (Yardi, Rent Cafe, Yieldstar)

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Knowledge and formal training of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations

This position requires excellent organizational and managerial skills

Possess a high level of professionalism, the ability to communicate (both written and verbal) and strong work ethics
