job descriptionBlow Mold (3rd Shift)Great company in the Winder area seeking great, reliable candidates for a Machine Operation opening. This opening if for a 3rd shift, hours are 10p-6:30am and will require some over time and weekend work. A phone interview is required for this opening as well as steel toe boots if offer is extended. If you are interested in a temporary to hire position with a great company, please apply.Benefits once you have gone permanent with employer include: 401K, personal time off, medical benefits and dental benefits. Upon going permanent there is also a $1/hour pay increase and annual increases based upon performance and attendance. This is a great growing company with consistent full time work!ResponsibilitiesDuties-

Sets up, operates, and monitors equipment and machinery.

Maintains a clean machine and surrounding areas.

Keeps stock of materials/products for machine/equipment and replenishes when needed.

Feeds material into machines, adjusting material accordingly.

Trims and scraps excess materials.

Immediately reports shut down or operating problems of machine.

Requirements-

Good manual dexterity.

Can stand for long periods of time.

Can reach within hands and arms length, bend and stoop, walk, and stand consistently for long periods of time.

Can lift up to 50 lbs.

Can withstand manufacturing working conditions.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time

working up to 16 hrs of overtime per week

working weekends
