job descriptionProduction SupervisorReady to let your ambition thrive? We are looking for a candidate with previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of quality products through production, operations, and manufacturing. This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.ResponsibilitiesManage the production team, organize and monitor workflow, oversee scheduling and day-to-day production activities to ensure company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements. Accomplishes manufacturing staff result by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching,counseling and disciplining employees;initiating,coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
