Healthy Is Wellness, LLC is now accepting applications for a full-time Health Coach in Billings, Montana.

Healthy Is Wellness, LLC is a fast growing corporate wellness company that utilizes high levels of engagement, convenience of use, and subjective & objective check-ins to facilitate experiences that lead to lasting changes in health behaviors. We also train health coaches to facilitate the “Healthy Is Wellness” solutions program.

Coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the 'here and now' rather than on the past or future. Coaching is about unlocking a person's potential to maximize their own performance.

Job Description

Your role as a Health Coach will be to empower the clients we work with to take control of their health. Health coaches guide clients through the process of health screening, breaking down their results, discussing barriers to changing health behaviors, and presenting the “Healthy Is” monthly challenges. You will be trained through the Healthy Is Wellness methodology and curriculum, and your job will be to implement our strategies within the HIW guidelines.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

- Interacts with existing Healthy Is Wellness clients.

- Motivates clients through one on one coaching to achieve health goals.

- Physical set up and break down of equipment and supplies.

- Participates in Healthy Is Wellness continuing education.

- Reads and helps clients understand health screening results.

- Participates in Healthy Is Wellness continuing education.

- Trouble shoots Healthy Is Wellness equipment.

Education, Training, and Experience Requirements

- High School Diploma or Equivalent

- Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred

- Valid Driver License with Clean Driving record

- No previous experience in health and wellness field required

- Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated to help others, have a desire to learn and have great interpersonal communication skills

- Ability to work flexible hours Monday- Friday

Physical Requirements

- All positions at Healthy Is Wellness require the ability to move about inside an office environment which includes the operation of computers and other office productivity machinery and frequently communicates with other employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.

- This position specifically requires ability to bend and squat for brief amounts of time. Ability to lift and push 40+ lbs.

Working Conditions

- This position will take place primarily in an mobile office (inside/outside) or office setting.

- This position will require travel within the Eastern Montana area.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $15.00 per hour plus benefits.
