Prep Cooks - Food Production (Albuquerque)

This is an opportunity to join an established and growing local catering company specializing in healthy school lunch. We are looking for several people to immediately to join our food production team.

Position Description:

Food Prep- cut fruits, vegetables and meats; portion and weigh cooked foods to specification

Clean up- tables, floors, equipment, dishes

Potential Delivery Driver- trained as a driver or back up delivery driver in company van

Days and Hours: 8 hour shift Monday - Friday. between 6:30am - 5:00pm

Qualifications:

Knife skills and kitchen operations knowledge a plus but will train the right candidate

Ability to work within a Team

Ability to follow specific directions, learn our processes, and adhere to time constraints.

Drivers License if interested in driving
