Production Coordinator assistant/ Office:
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the managers to facilitate efficient operations.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
.answer multiple phone lines with high volume
.handle request for information and data from managers and customers
.resolve administrative and customer problems
.prepare daily documentation for crews
.assist in coordinating schedules for crews and salesman
.excellent customer service
.assist with outstanding accounts receivable from customers
.sending payroll docs to managers
.documenting and distributing material to contract labors
Knowledge and Experience:
.scheduling
.knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
.knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
.knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
.construction experience is a plus
