We are a tire shop and mechanic shop that's currently looking for two good experienced secretaries. You'll be responsible for the upkeep of the office and bathroom area as far as cleaning, and disinfecting. Keeping track of supplies and restocking when needed. Interacting with customers letting them know the price for services or tires via the telephone, and when they walk through the door. Any customer concerns or issues that the technicians can't handle you should be able to diffuse and handle, if not then you can take it to the owner but try to handle it first. Writing up the receipts for customers. Also need to be good at researching information online and filling out paperwork for mechanics liens, business plans etc. Need someone reliable, self starter, and at least 2 years of experience in customer service and in a retail environment is preferred. A good up-saler is preferred as well. Need to be able to do basic math, and follow simple rules. You'll need to keep track of important dates for bills, trash pick up, water deliveries etc. Quick learner and good at supervising others. Full time position if you're a great worker. Have to be available to work Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, and Saturday 8am-5pm, no half shifts, THIS IS A FULL TIME LONG TERM POSITION, so do not waste our time if you don't fit the description because we will fire you the first day.
