Part Time Maintenance (Jonesborough)

Landlord needs someone to handle occasional maintenace at three different properties. This would require someone with experience in working with roofs, plumbing, basic electrical, painting, trim work and occasional moving items. Prefer someone with truck and tools. Please provide references.
