America’s premier commercial roofing contractor, is looking for a full-time permanent Office Manager to join our team in the Tri-Cities area. We are looking for a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a positive “what-ever-it-takes” attitude while working independently with minimal supervision to produce accurate and timely work. If you can multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time in an ever changing work environment, we want to talk to you The job responsibilities of this position are varied and may evolve over time as you are trained in different areas.
Qualifications:
Prior Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant experience.
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word), and Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Hands on experience and proficient with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Have ability to learn new software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Able to communicate effectively with all staff members
Responsibilities:
Independently handling daily operations to keep the office running smoothly
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer requests and questions
Data entry, including creating and processing work orders
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Maintaining job files
Orders and maintains supplies and office equipment
Receive & Distribute Mail
Perform all other office tasks as needed
