This language should be added at the bottom of the job description.Part of the TradeWorks Static data team that establishes and maintains user access on the TradeWorks platform. Requires detailed knowledge of the TradeWorks system and a working knowledge of trade. Also heavily involved in the large scale conversion of customers from the legacy CEO trade front end system to the go forward TCG system. Required to replace a critical resource on the TradeWorks Static Data team in order to maintain BAU for TradeWorks updates within specified SLAs, and support the large scale project to convert customers onto the go forward TCG platform.This position will be located at 1525 West WT Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC or 9000 Flair Dr. El Monte, CA. Telecommute is not an option for this role.Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.Required Qualifications:

3+ years of technical support experience demonstrated through work or military experience

Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Solid knowledge and understanding of IT processes and technologies
