Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing & Demand Generation, the Product Marketing Manager will develop, plan and execute B2B, B2C and B2B2C marketing programs that increase brand awareness, drive demand, generate provider leads and new patient starts, while supporting core business objectives.

Ensure consistency in all branding, communications and activities driving providers and patients on a distinct and clear customer journey across all marketing platforms.

Develop, plan and execute digital marketing initiatives including SEM, social media (organic and paid), SEO and content marketing.

Implement, improve, manage and maintain professional and consumer websites, online education, marketing portal, microsites, landing pages and provider locator for higher organic engagement, conversion rate optimization and lead generation.

Execute and manage email and marketing automation programs. Design campaigns that are aligned to customer segments and ensures email content is targeted to appropriate stages in the buyer’s journey.

Develop and execute professional trade publication advertising (print and online) including media buys and creative direction.

Manage and direct creative agency to produce marketing pieces, practice collateral, print materials and merchandising items.

Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns / activities via Google Analytics and Salesforce. Adjust and execute changes based on results.

Management of annual and quarterly expense budget.

Work cross functionally with education, training, sales, commercial and clinical operations.

Responsible for ownership and management of any agencies or vendors.

5+ years of marketing experience within fast-paced, high growth and scaling environments.

Broad experience in both professional and consumer marketing, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, dental, medical devices, life sciences, healthcare, etc.

Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional team to achieve goals and objectives.

Comfort with data-driven decision making, analytical rigor and experimenting quickly and scaling the programs that produce results.

Experience in implementing digital marketing programs to drive awareness and lead generation.

Strong knowledge and working experience with Salesforce, Pardot and Google Analytics.

Experience in paid social ads, Google AdWords, email marketing and SEO.

Basic proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat and video editing.

Art direction experience a plus.

Minimum BA/BS degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications and/or related field.

Position is primarily sedentary, and employee may be required to sit for extended periods of time.

Standing, walking and meeting activities are required frequently throughout the workday.

Must be able to process paperwork and utilize office equipment (including personal computer, phone, copiers, etc.).

Normal sight or corrected vision is required to read documents and use standard computer terminals. Some light lifting may be occasionally required.

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.

Ability to travel 25%+ (nationally and internationally) and work outside of standard business hours.
