Apartment Maintenance Technician (Downtown)

Looking for a clean cut, ambitious, responsible, trustworthy, experienced maintenance technician for Juneau Village Towers.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-General maintenance of our property

-Plumbing: installing faucets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, trouble shooting leaks and repairs

-General appliance repair

- Electrical: outlets, switches, lights, general trouble shooting of problems

-Light carpentry

-The ability to work unsupervised

-Have a vehicle, drivers license and insurance

-Be in the on call rotation

-Professionalism and communication skills required

Requirements:

-40 hrs per week (8:30am to 5pm Monday thru Friday).

- Rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies.

-Must have a valid driver's license and cell phone for use.

- Willingness to work hard and excel within our company.

Compensation:

- Negotiable/ based on experience
