For more information visit.ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:The Unit Coordinator II/Technician is a caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for patients ranging in age from newborn to geriatric. Responsibility is for a designated time frame. The Unit Coordinator II/Tech will help provide safe, therapeutic care for our patients under the guidance of the Registered Nurse, Physicians Assistant, Family Nurse Practitioner and Physician. Other health care team members will be utilized with the multidisciplinary processes.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Unit Coordinator II/Tech, EMT experience or equivalent level of experience in an acute care facility

BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)

Preferred Qualifications:

Over 2 years experience as a Unit Coordinator II/Tech, EMT experience or equivalent level of experience in an acute care facility

2 years of college and complete comptenecy training for the Unit Coordinator II/ED Tech position in the Emergency Dept
