Maintenance Technician (Camarillo)

Full-time, skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician needed to join existing maintenance staff at an established real estate investment company.

This position requires experience in multiple trades (plumbing, painting, electrical, some HVAC, etc.) and a positive, professional attitude. Reliable transportation is required, as well as basic tools.

Duties include maintenance, repairs and painting in upscale apartment communities and commercial properties in Ventura County.
