We are looking for an experienced manager for a fast paced, fun retail setting.
12.00 to 16.00 per hour depending on experience.
Monday - Friday but must be available for nights and weekends on occasion.
The Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations and success of the store, with a primary focus on customer relationships and retail merchandising. The successful candidate is committed to excellent customer service and sales performance. Responsibilities include -
Maintain a clean and visually appealing store and greet customers in a positive, friendly manner;
Manage store inventory and merchandising needs;
Remain up-to-date with any changes related to product, promotions, company policies, pricing, or services and communicate the latest information to members;
Ensure that staff provide ongoing sales support and superior customer service;
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures;
Create employee schedules:
Ensure that all staff follows the cash handling procedures and be able to preform all cash handling issues;
Perform any additional areas of support including but not limited to the following: basic customer service, customer satisfaction, pricing, order-related inquiries, refund and return authorization procedures, policy and procedure acknowledgement and enforcement;
Must be able to lift 40lbs.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (not necessary for the right person);
At least 2 years of Assistant Store Manager experience;
Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, team management skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;
Must have strong merchandising skills;
Must be self-motivated and exhibit natural leadership;
Must have a customer focused mentality and the ability to build strong customer relationships;
