Key Requirements

Candidates must be available to work nights and weekends, with flexible hours.

Recent working experience of 2+ years in the industry is encouraged.

Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, working in hot conditions, and lifting heavy objects.

Can sustain a professional attitude and behavior at all times.

Responsibilities

Completing tasks in accordance to instructions of Executive Chef

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Report to work consistently on-time, and work through the entire scheduled shift

Job Duties

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

Assure that each item is cooked to the Chef and guest’s specifications

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions

Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area

Stock inventory appropriately

Assumes responsibility for quality, food safety/sanitation and timeliness of products served

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Perform other related duties as assigned by the management staff
