Village Realty Seeks Onsite Maintenance Technician

Village Realty Association Management is seeking a full-time onsite maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance throughout a local condominium community.

The ideal candidate will:

· have prior maintenance experience in a large community setting,

· be able to work independently, and

· provide professional references.

This is a full-time, year-round position with a generous benefit package, including health insurance, vacation and personal.
