PersMod Database Analyst Associate

The Personnel Modernization (PersMod) team is searching for an Associate DBA to join their program for an opportunity in Northern VA or New Orleans, LA .You will work closely with system administrators, other DBAs, developers, cyber professionals and other members of the team to: Install, support and patching of Database Driven Applications such as Informatica, Tableau, or similar Work in a Virtual or Cloud computing environment; AWS experience, preferred. Work in DoD Secure Environment with integration to required cybersecurity framework such as HBSS, ACAS, and other cyber systems Work with Oracle and MySQL RDBMS, or equivalent RDBMS Technology, configuration, performance Tuning, Backup/Recovery, etc. Experience with Oracle on Linux is a plus.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree 3+ years working with Oracle RDBMS, PostgresSQL, or equivalent RDBMS Technology (configuration, performance tuning, etc.) 1+ years’ experience with installation, support and patching of Database Driven Applications such as Informatica, Tableau, or similar software applications Secret clearance Security Computing environment certification in either Oracle, Linux, or AWSDesired Qualifications/Skills: Experience with Oracle on Linux operating systems Experience with Apache Hadoop Experience configuring Amazon Web Services (AWS) and or configuration of Database Services such as Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) Experience applying DISA STIGS Certification in Informatica or TableaunullWe are GDIT.
