FED EX Ground Broomfield/Boulder Full Time $20/HR (Boulder, Broomfield)

BACH SJ LTD., a contracted service provider for Fed Ex Ground is immediately hiring Full Time experienced delivery drivers for routes based out of Boulder and Broomfield and mountain areas west of Boulder. Shifts vary but are generally in the 7:30-4:00 range with some flexibility. Work week starts Thursday through Monday with Tuesday and Wednesdays off and can change to other 5 day shifts. The terminal, where the packages and trucks are based out of is located in Broomfield; 12405 W 112th AVE, just west of the Broomfield airport off 112th and Simms.

This position offers paid training at a rate of $19/HR and a guaranteed raise after your first month to $20/HR with many QUICK opportunities for advancement in your hourly wage, as well as weekly bonuses of $50 after your first month. Time and a half overtime opportunities available.

You will be paid weekly. If you desire to WORK more money can be made. This is guaranteed work and a guaranteed paycheck. We also provide advanced technology that will streamline the delivery process, show you where you are going, how many packages for that given stop, give you turn by turn voice guidance and route out your entire delivery day for optimum performance making your job MUCH easier.

A CDL is NOT required. You must be SAFETY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, and TEAM WORK oriented as BACH SJ LTD operates 30+ Fed Ex Ground routes across the Northwest Denver area. Hard work is a requirement and athleticism is a plus. You will be working for BACH SJ LTD not Fed Ex. Fed Ex follows strict criteria for delivery drivers and you MUST be able to meet ALL requirements.

Mountain driving a PLUS

-MINIMUM 1 Year Commercial Driving experience in the last 3 years or 5 years in the last 10. You MUST have references who can verify this experience as well as your 5-10 year employment history. The driving experience can be delivering pizza, auto parts, a bus or cab driver, hardwood floor delivery, a stint with UPS or the Post Office, UBER, LYFT, etc.

-MUST have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a valid driver's license. You will be required to provide your MVR prior to hiring.

-MUST be 21 years of age or older.

-MUST be able to pass a background check.

-MUST be able to pass both a DOT (Department Of Transportation) physical and drug screening as well as random drug screenings during employment.

-MUST be able to lift 70+ LBS. There is a physical demand to this position as ULTIMATELY you will be loading and unloading a truck 5 days a week.
