Looking For Full Time or Part time FRONT DESK CLERK / NIGHT AUDITOR For a Franchise Hotel/Motel in Newark, Delaware. Person should be willing to work night shifts, week ends and holidays.
Responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answer phone calls,
Resolve guest issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Perform Night-Audit when working in Night Shift.
Requirements:
Excellent people skills, Good communication skills, Provide excellent customer service.
Previous hotel Front Desk Clerk experience is a plus.
Regular attendance is very important.
Computer Skills required.
Should provide references from previous employers.
Should be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations?
Required education:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Salary: $10.00 to $13.00 /hour
