Hiring Immediately- Full Time Accounting Assistant

We are a general contracting company looking to hire a full time Accounting Assistant immediately.

Candidate Must Have the following Qualifications before being considered:

Good knowledge of-

Quickbooks, Payroll, Accounts Receivable

Good Knowledge & Execution in Excel

Extensive knowledge of-

Construction Bidding and its Processes

Billing Procedures / Invoicing

Cost Procedures

Field Expense Reporting

Purchase Orders

What we look for in our TEAM members: Candidate must be very well organized, easy to communicate with, respectful to our partners, have a strong work ethic, punctual, and courteous of your time and other's time.

We are looking for an accounting assistant that can be a True Team player that can handle being Independent (after training) without supervision and we prefer you to have a college degree or an Associates degree.

This is a full time position and the pay is based on your experience and knowledge

Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
