This role is tailored to someone excited about proving that the answer to those questions is yes.In-force Retention Director of MarketingResponsible for the marketing strategy, planning, and execution across the current local and national book of business. Primary duties include:

Leading and directing a team of individuals partnering with the product, go-to-market, client management, and other key business partner teams to effectively grow and retain clients.

This individual will lead to product roll-out and enhancement strategies, cross-sell and upsell campaigns, conference strategy, and industry marketing efforts.

This individual will formulate and oversee short and long term marketing strategies and tactics to grow profitable membership.

They will recommend changes and adjustments to marketing strategies to increase program effectiveness.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates the performance of direct reports.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS degree; 8 - 10 years of professional/leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities required.

Excellent managerial and leadership skills required.

Managed Healthcare experienced preferred.

Experience in Omni-channel marketing preferred.
