Handyman/Maintenance - On-site (Stockton)

Full-Time or part-time

Use tools for repairs, roll-up doors, roof and rain gutters, etc.

Preventive maintenance and inspection of buildings, roll-up doors, rain-gutters, on a scheduled basis

Some lifting, some climbing ladders. California Driver's License req'd.

Some front desk duties include computer use and customer assistance.

References required. Background Check.

High school diploma or general education degree

Good skill in the use of hand and power tools, climbing, lifting, painting, etc.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Must have car and valid driver's license.
