Full Charge Bookkeeper-Accountant/Office Manager/HR

Growing Manufacturing Company-seeking the ultimate multi-tasker for 2 or more related and non-related entities (Camarillo location).

Ideal candidate must have working accounting experience to include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Processing, General Ledger Account Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations, Project Progress Costing and Contract Billings (government and private). Insurance Policy Renewals as well as obtaining quotes to get competitive rates, HR experience to include up to date knowledge on State & Federal laws, hiring, terms, benefit administration and reconciliations to G/L.

Will be required to produce interim accurate Balance Sheet and Income Statements for multiple entities on a monthly basis. Develop and maintain processes and procedures for multiple departments including the accounting department. Staff management to include training.

Prior experience in a medium sized office is required.

Above average QuickBooks user (will be tested), Excel Skills (above average), timekeeping software skills are required. Accounting skills will also be tested.
