As part of the Gilroy Healthcare and Rehab team, you will be responsible for generating, managing leads and converting business in primary referral hospitals.

Responsible for facilitating a smooth discharge process for patients transitioning from a hospital setting to our centers.

The Clinical Liaison will develop strong relationships with key referral hospital personnel, educate on Covenant Care services, and identify new opportunities for partnering and growth in order to increase referrals.

Minimum Requirements

LVN Preferred.

Must have 2+ years experience interacting and working with hospital based clinicians (physicians, nurses, discharge planners, and social workers).

Must have 2+ years experience in an outside sales and marketing role, with demonstrated experience in making sales calls to healthcare professionals.

Must meet all license, certification, training or credentials as required by the State.
