Enterprise Information Technology Support Specialist

Position Summary :

The Enterprise Information Technology Support Specialist will take an active role with tier 2 technical customer support for the Cadwell product lines.

The support role will also include assisting network enterprise project installations from inception to completion and assist customers in identifying their needs to support the install base.

This position is located at company headquarters in Kennewick, WA.

Key Functions / Responsibilities :

Provides technical support to Cadwell customers with emphasis on high-level networking and application issues

Effectively troubleshoots Server, Storage, and Citrix software related issues and provide network related support

Supports cloud-based environments

Acts as a primary interface with customers’ IT departments

Assumes support role with Cadwell Clinical Application team

Manages enterprise equipment installations

Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Education / Experience :

BS / BA in computer science, management information systems, or relevant field required

5+ years of experience in helpdesk and network support environments

2+ years’ experience working with HL7 interface preferred

Skills / Job Knowledge / Abilities :

Competency in computer skills : MS Office and Google applications, query tools, and database systems

Strong understanding of Cloud based environments

Strong project management skills

Strong written and oral communication skills required, including understanding, explaining, presenting and documenting complex technical processes and issues

Works well under pressure and handles clients professionally

Complete work both independently and as an effective member of the team, adapting to changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities as needed

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions :

Extensive use of computer

Travel may be required; must be able to obtain necessary travel documents
