Solar Laborers Needed $16 an hour (Spencerport, NY)

Currently seeking 20 General Laborers as well for a solar site in the Spencerport NY area.

Starting pay is $16 / hr

REFERRAL BONUS: $25 / Referall for the 1st month, additional $25 upon project completion

Start Date: ASAP

Shift: 7:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Saturday must be flexible with start time. They will be working 10 hour shifts 6 days a week. ALL OT IS PAID TIME & a HALF. Saturdays go until 1 pm

Basic Job Duties Include:

Build racking systems

Use proper tools (drills, torque wrenches, ratchets, screw drivers, etc.)

Install solar modules using direction from site plans

Follow directions of site Superintendent and Foremen

Site cleanup

Work safely, providing quality work, efficiently

Qualifications:

Must have reliable transportation to get to job site every day

Lift up to 50lbs, in a repetitive motion all day (10+ hour days)

Walk the site all day (large tracts of land, with possible rolling terrain)

Withstand all weather conditions (sun, rain, wind, snow; 0 degrees to 100 degrees)
