Dispatch field units via computerized dispatch system.The starting pay is $15.00. Upon completion of trainng, 15.45. Annual Merit increase. Benefits after only 30 days.Dispatch is 24/7. Availability requirement is to accept your shift with the dispatcher trainer and then your permanent shift. All shifts have two consecutive days off.

Monitor incoming alarms.

Dispatch appropriate field units to calls.

Assigned to a Lead Dispatcher for training on job functions of a dispatcher. Study and learn radio codes, dispatch policies and procedures. Be able to learn and be proficient at working independently and as a team by the completion of training.

High school diploma or GED

One year prior dispatch, customer service, or security experience

/Core Competencies:/

Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills

Computer literate

Possess or ability to obtain Alarm Company Employee card.
