The primary role is support and management of Clinical Quality Pharmacy Programs for Commercial Clients. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

Establishes and executes clinical intervention programs

Oversight and management of Pharmacy Quality Programs to support HEDIS and NCQA measures.

Collaborates with the Care Management team to improve medication compliance and reduce hospital re-admissions

Developing and implementing clinical information and education programs for internal and external clients

Establish, implements and evaluates clinical quality programs

Providing clinical consulting services to network providers

Performing drug utilization analyses

Participating in and presenting during pharmacy department meetings, and any internally or externally administered pharmacy related audits when necessary

Qualifications

Requires a registered pharmacist; minimum 2 years of managed care pharmacy (PBM) experience or residency in lieu of work experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

Must possess an active unrestricted state license to practice pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh)

PharmD preferred

Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
