Call Center Coordinator
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Handling all incoming calls for the practice
- Scheduling appointments
- Directing calls, and assisting patients over the phone
- Monitoring daily schedules for all providers to ensure accuracy and identifying and resolving potential scheduling issues or questions
