Residential Property Maintenance Technician (Fort Collins)

Full Time Maintenance Technician for established property management company in Fort Collins.

Long term, stable position, with room to develop into supervisory position.

We’re looking for a candidate with strong work-ethic, a sense of urgency, problem solving skills, good communication and a positive attitude.

DUTIES

1. Repairs: Complete incoming work orders through a Maintenance Software System, with the ability to prioritize appointments by urgency

2. Complete all repairs with a sense of urgency. Determine the cause of each issue and the appropriate solution, complete the repair efficiently with positive customer service, and provide timely documentation reporting the action taken.

3. General knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs. Appliance delivery and installation. Preventative or seasonal maintenance such as gutter cleaning and snow removal.

4. On Call: remain available for “on-call” 24 hour emergency service rotation

REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma

Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions, current auto insurance and reliable vehicle

Relevant experience required

Hourly rate based on experience
